Shimano's 'floating shaft' design allows the shaft to run solely on bearings with no friction contact with other surfaces for a super smooth drive, while the Fluidrive II system, supports the gears and drive train ensuring smooth operation and higher efficiency under load.
Stella's titanium lipped spool reduces line friction over the spool when casting and lays line perfectly on the spool during retrieve.
